1. We hereby give an undertaking that we / our company / organization will not approach Indo Canada Chamber of Commerce with any unreasonable demand or request Indo Canada Chamber of Commerce to provide us any information / support which may infringe / impede/ violate the Indo Canada Chamber of Commerce's charter or adversely affect the interests of other members of Indo Canada Chamber of Commerce.
2. We also undertake to ensure that we will not indulge in any unethical business practice which violates the national or international guidelines / law.
3. Indo Canada Chamber of Commerce will have the sole right to allot membership. A member has the right to exit membership of Indo Canada Chamber of Commerce. However membership fees once paid will not be withdrawn / refunded.
