Also accompanied parliamentary goodwill delegations to many countries.

• Attended 2 week’s training in the House of Commons , UK in 1999 under the auspices of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association;
• Delegate to the 7th Annual Residency Programme of PACs at Melbourne, Australia in February, 2012;
• Was Observer to the CPA – World Bank Conference on PACs of the Commonwealth in Nov. 2012 British Columbia, Canada.
• Delivered lectures to the MPs and officials of the Parliament of Myanmar and officials of the Parliament of Myanmar, in Sept 2014.
• Was Observer to the 5th Westminster Workshop on PACs in Malta 1 to 4 June 2015.
